You used unrealistic lot sizes or did not manage risk
You didn’t use a live trading account
You requested a refund after the 7-day window
Your losses were caused by external factors (e.g. bad broker, account mismanagement)
You’re eligible for a full refund if:
You followed every signal exactly (entry, stop loss, take profit)
You used a real account (not demo)
You traded with reasonable risk settings (1–2% per trade)
The total monthly result was less than 800 pips
You submit your proof (screenshots or trade history)
